hola.  well it's been an interesting week so far and it's only tuesday.  saturday we went back to pittsburgh for a memorial service for a man who died at our church.  that was very sad.  then sunday we went back for church and then we went to the bank to put me on brett's checking account instead of me and him both having one with the same bank.  then yesterday i took gramma to pittsburgh to go to the liver doctor.  she has to go every three months since her transplant eight years ago.

today was pretty crazy too.  first i went and took the written driving test to transfer my pennsylvania drivers license to an ohio drivers license.  then i had to go to the bmv(thats bureau of motor vechicles)to get my actual license.  then  i had to go to the court house to transfer my car's title from pennsylvania to ohio.  then i had to go back to the bmv to transfer my license plate and registration from pennsylvania to ohio.  then i went and did laundry.  then i came home and attempted to fashion my new license plates to my car, with some luck.  then i cooked dinner.  and now i am here.  crazy day.

i hope tomorrow is a little more relaxing.  i do have to clean the bathroom and kitchen.  and i need to sweep and vaccum.  we'll see if all of that gets done.  normally i sweep and do laundry on mondays, but i was with gramma in pittsburgh all day.  and normally i vaccum and clean the bathroom on tuesdays but i was out doing car stuff and laundry all day today.  then on wednesdays i usually clean the kitchen and dust and clean the windows.  dusting and cleaning the windows can be pushed back to whenever though.  it's not a big deal.  i need to dust everyday in this old house but it just isn't going to happen.  oh well.  i don't have allergies so it doesn't bother me any at all.

well, i think that's about all for now.  i miss katie a lot.  stupid minnesota.  i hate that place.  yargh.

So, it has been an absurdly long time since i have written anything.  it's been a really busy few months.  i got engaged in late march i think.  and i've been married for eighteen days now.

my husband, Brett, and i moved to steubenville, ohio for his job.  he's a reliabilty engineer for arcelormittal steel in weirton, west virginia.  i am a house wife.  which is actually a lot of work.  keeping a house is harder and more time consuming than i thought it would be.  but i wouldn't trade it for the world.  i love it.  and i love being married.  i waited so long and it finally happened.

so besides that my parents are buying a house in toronto, ohio about twenty minutes away from Brett and me.  that should be nice.  someone just needs to buy their house now.  so be praying for that.  the bid they put in on the house they want was accepted and they something like thirty days for someone to put a bid down on their house.  my mom isn't worried but zeek is.  he's good at worrying though.

well anyway, that's about all that's going on.  i need to get back to cleaning the hallway, it's a disaster. the joys of being a house wife.  i'm just kidding, it is a joy.  do all as unto the Lord, right?

watching the kids...  momma and papa went to look at a house in ohio again with judah so brett and i are watching jeremiah and mercy.  we're watching shrek 2, i'm not sure i've seen the entire thing all the way through but it's pretty funny.  and jeremiah is still horrified that i haven't seen "shrek ve fird."  translation shrek the third.  he's too cute.

i'm bored.  i think it's time to look at invitations or something again.  or dresses but brett's here so i can't do that.  oh well.  time to watch shrek va too.

it has been quite a while since i was here last.  it's been busy.
today i am hanging out with jeremiah and mercy because mom, zeek, judah, and brett are at the steelers game.  it should be ending around now so they'll be home in another hour or so.  we went to church this morning, then we came home and changed clothes.  then we went to mcdonalds and ate lunch and played at the play place, mercy got really scared so we left.  then we went across the street to petco to get a new collar for jack, which we got in addition to something for the fish tank that jeremiah insisted on.  then we went to the movie store and rented some movies.  including:  dora's halloween special.  maggie and the ferocious beast halloween special.  and last but not least, arthur and his pets.  then we finally came home and had a snack and watched dora.  and that's where we are now.  i should probably start thinking about dinner though.  maybe there are some left overs in the fridge.  we had a decent amount of fun today.  and the kids were really good.  which is also lovely.
well i think i will go see what's going on for dinner.  later kiddos.  and ps, you spell kiddo with two d's.

so work was pretty uneventful today.  whole bunch of new stuff tomorrow but i'm off so i'll have to deal with all of it wednesday.  tips weren't very good this week.  it happens.  i still made seventy bucks though, so it's not that bad.  they also established the difference between full and part time.  if you're available seventy percent of the hours the store is open you're full time.  i'm available eighty-seven percent of the hours the store is open.  so i'm totally full time.  we don't have any full time baristas.  the only full timers are me, jason, olivia, becky, and the new girl megan.  anyway, besides work...

everyone is getting married but me and the flynn girls.  we gotta stick together.  jarrod and ashley, jen and ken, ian and bekkah, julie and chris, liz and korey, erik and stefanie its crazy.  blah blah blah.

so we got home from running a little bit ago.  mom went to pick up jeremiah david from preschool so it's just me and mercy grace watching dora.  which is better than yo gabba gabba by the way.  that show is crack for babies.  it's insane.  anyway i'm gonna take a shower as soon as mom gets back cause i'm all sweaty.
